How to Use Sage for Cleansing

1. Prepare Your Space:

   • Open windows/doors to let negative energy exit.
   • Remove clutter for better energy flow.

2. Light the Sage:

   • Use a lighter or match to ignite the sage bundle.
   • Let it catch fire, then blow out the flame, allowing it to smolder and release smoke.

3. Walk Through Your Space:

   • Hold the sage at a 45-degree angle, with a heatproof dish to catch ashes.
   • Move clockwise through each room, focusing on corners, doorways, and windows.
   • Set intentions, such as "I release negative energy and invite positivity."

4. Extinguish Safely:

   • Gently press the smoldering end into sand, a bowl, or water to extinguish.

5. Repeat as Needed:

   • Cleanse weekly or whenever the energy feels heavy.
