WAIVER OF LIABILITY

By purchasing products from The Kreative Unikorn, LLC, whether directly through The Kreative Unikorn, LLC or through an external vendor,  you affirm that you fully understand and agree to the following Release of Liability and Terms & Conditions.  I acknowledge, attest, agree and represent as follows:

This Customer Waiver & Release of Liability and subsequent Terms & Conditions shall be construed in accordance with, and its validity and effect (including any claims for breach of any of the terms thereof) shall be governed by the law, and this Consumer Waiver and Release of Liability and subsequent Terms and Conditions contains the entire understanding and the agreement of the parties hereto and supersedes all other written and oral exchanges, arrangements or negotiations among them, whether written or oral, concerning the subject matter hereof.

I do hereby release and agree to hold harmless The Kreative Unikorn, LLC, its affiliates, owners, vendors, operators, agents and employees from any and all liability associated with the above representations and agreements.  In addition, I agree to release, discharge, defend and indemnify against, any and all liability, whether caused by willful or negligent conduct, The Kreative Unikorn, LLC, its affiliates, owners, operators, agents, and employees from any claims, actions and liabilities for injury (including death), illness and allergies incurred by any product samples provided by The Kreative Unikorn.  This release shall extend to and include any person/entity acting through or on our behalf.

NON-PHYSICIAN CLAUSE:

My objective is to help you achieve optimum spiritual health and vitality consistent with your own goals. Spiritual creation is my primary specialty and represents my area of expertise. The degree of incorporation of these items will vary from case to case.

I believe that the human body is an amazing system that is self-healing, and that the proper use of whole foods, herbs, body care, and lifestyle choices maintain or return the body to a healthy state. The basic principle of Spiritual Care is to help the individual restore natural spiritual balance through natures gifts and good energy placed in each product. Depending on the client’s wishes, recommendations may incorporate spiritual bath soaks, candles, and smudging.

I am NOT a Medical Doctor or Psychologist/Psychiatrist nor do I practice western medical assessment, diagnosis, or treatment. I do not claim to cure disease or mental health issues. Nor do I give advice about pharmaceuticals and medications at any time.

I have no objections and recommend to my clients that they see or be evaluated by their own medical doctor before altering or stopping any current treatment client is currently undergoing. If you have any questions or concerns about your condition, I highly recommend you discuss it with your physician.

All client conversations are confidential. I hold all information gathered and discussed with you in strict confidence, unless you request otherwise in writing.
